Thank you for choosing Island Insider Travel.

Island Insider Travel provides paid travel consultation, planning, and recommendation services. Because our services consist of professional time, research, personalized recommendations, and customized travel planning, we do not offer returns or refunds once the consultation or requested planning service has been completed.

Consultation Services

Payment secures your consultation and the professional planning services requested. Once your consultation has taken place or your customized recommendations, itinerary, or travel planning materials have been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.

For this reason, completed consultation services are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

  • Island Insider Travel is unable to deliver the purchased service; or

  • The service provided substantially fails to match the service purchased due to an error or omission on our part.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and are granted solely at the discretion of Island Insider Travel.

Customer Responsibility

To provide the best recommendations, customers are responsible for supplying accurate and complete information regarding their travel preferences, dates, budget, group size, and any other relevant details.

Island Insider Travel cannot be responsible for recommendations that are affected by inaccurate, incomplete, or changing information provided after services have been delivered.

Changes After Delivery

If you significantly change your destination, travel dates, group size, or vacation goals after your consultation or itinerary has been completed, additional planning services may require a new consultation or additional service fee.
