2. Paid Consultation Services

Island Insider Travel provides paid consultation and planning services. Consultation fees represent payment for our time, expertise, research, planning, and personalized recommendations.

We do not provide free consultations. Any consultation, planning session, itinerary development, or recommendation service purchased through Island Insider Travel is a professional service subject to payment terms and our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Customer Information

To provide accurate and useful recommendations, customers agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding:

5. No Guarantee of Availability, Pricing, or Experience

• Pricing shown by third-party providers

• Quality or performance of third-party services

• Specific outcomes or experiences

Recommendations are provided based on available information at the time of planning.

6. Payment Terms

By purchasing services from Island Insider Travel, customers acknowledge that they are paying for professional travel planning services and personalized recommendations.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Island Insider Travel Return & Refund Policy.

Once consultation services have been completed or requested planning materials have been delivered, services are considered fulfilled and are generally non-refundable except where Island Insider Travel has failed to provide the purchased service.

8. Changes to Customer Travel Plans

If customers change important travel details after consultation services have been completed, including:

• Travel dates

• Number of travelers

• Accommodation preferences

• Trip goals

Additional planning services may require a new consultation fee.

9. Intellectual Property

All travel guides, itineraries, recommendations, written materials, and planning documents created by Island Insider Travel are provided for the personal use of the purchasing customer.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or use Island Insider Travel materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Island Insider Travel provides travel guidance and recommendations but is not responsible for losses, damages, delays, cancellations, injuries, or issues resulting from decisions made by customers or services provided by third-party companies.

Customers acknowledge that travel involves risks and that final travel decisions remain their responsibility.
