Thank you for choosing Island Insider Travel. We provide personalized travel consultation, destination recommendations, itinerary planning, and travel guidance services designed to help you confidently plan your island getaway.

Because our services are delivered digitally, no physical products are shipped. All consultation services, recommendations, and planning materials are delivered electronically.

Consultation Confirmation

After purchasing a consultation service, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email will include details regarding your service request and any next steps needed to begin the planning process.

Service Delivery Timeline

Island Insider Travel will begin reviewing your travel request after payment has been received and all required information has been provided.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Initial consultation requests: Within 1 - 3 business days

• Customized recommendations: Within 3 - 5 business days after consultation

• Detailed itineraries and VIP Insider Support plans: Within 5 - 7 business days, depending on the complexity of the trip

If additional time is needed due to the scope of planning requested, Island Insider Travel will communicate an updated delivery timeline.

Delivery Method

All consultation services, travel recommendations, and itinerary documents will be delivered electronically through:

• Email communication

• Digital documents

• Online consultation sessions (when applicable)

Materials will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during checkout or consultation intake.

Customer Responsibility

To ensure timely delivery, customers are responsible for providing:

• Accurate contact information

• Complete travel preferences

• Correct travel dates

• Necessary details about travelers, budget, and interests

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Island Insider Travel.

Service Completion

A consultation service is considered completed when the requested recommendations, planning guidance, itinerary, or other purchased materials have been delivered to the customer.

Additional changes or new planning requests after completion may require an additional consultation fee.
